Nutrition Facts labels have you confused? You are not the only one. But don’t ignore them as these labels are packed full of important details to help inform your food choices. Follow this simple guide for the Daily Value (DV) of nutrients: 5% or less is low, 20% or more is high. Keep your Fats, Cholesterol and Sodium lower and your Fiber and Vitamins higher.

Our 2011-2012 Accomplishments
